As direct manufacturers, we specialize in authentic hand block printed textiles, sustainable clothing, soft furnishings, and Blue Pottery. Each piece reflects ethical sourcing, traditional artistry, and contemporary design — crafted to bring beauty and integrity into modern living spaces.

Becoming a Stockist
We value strong and respectful relationships with our wholesale partners. To support each of our stockists, approval is limited to selected areas, ensuring exclusivity within regions.

To apply for wholesale access, please complete our Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you will be able to:

·         View wholesale pricing

·         Download catalogues and price lists

·         Place orders conveniently online

Eligibility
Wholesale access is available to:

·         Verified retail stores in the giftware, furnishings, or furniture industry

·         Established interior designers and decorators

Please note: If you are a new business, or have not previously partnered with Artisan’s Touch, we may request an introductory meeting prior to granting wholesale access.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

How to Order

To apply for wholesale access, please email us your expression of interest. Once your application is approved, you will receive a unique discount code to access wholesale pricing via our online store.

·         New Stockists: Approval is required before ordering.

·         Existing Stockists: Simply add products to your cart and apply your assigned discount code at checkout, or contact us directly at info@artisinaltouche.com

·         Minimum Order: A minimum order value of $1000.00 USD applies to all wholesale purchases.

Custom Orders

As manufacturers of hand block printed textiles, soft furnishings, clothing, and Blue Pottery, we are happy to accommodate custom design requests where possible. Please note that additional charges and extended lead times may apply for bespoke orders.

Shipping

·         Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

·         Wholesale shipping rates will be displayed at checkout once the minimum order amount of $1000.00 has been reached.

·         Options include tracked standard or express post.

·         We recommend adding extra cover/insurance for your orders. If additional coverage is not selected, Artisan’s Touch cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by postal carriers.

 

Return Policy

·         Any issues with your order must be reported via email within five (5) business days of receipt.

·         Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged.

·         Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations are to be expected and are part of the unique character of each piece.

·         Return Since dye lots may vary over time, it’s best to order all at once.
